A kingly gift: Royal Library goes on display in Cambridge

An exhibition celebrating King George I鈥檚 gift of 30,000 books and manuscripts to Cambridge 探花直播 Library - including the celebrated聽8th-century聽鈥楳oore Bede鈥, the world鈥檚 first atlas to include city plans, and a previously unknown Erasmus poem - has opened to the public today (October 2).

Waterloo: the first draft of history
