With the growth of graduate and post graduate business education programmes that followed, the FME focused on targeting policy makers and management education providers, to give an independent view on management education issues. 探花直播FME funds initiatives such as research projects and Fellowships for business practioners developing a new career in academia, helping to secure improvements in the quality and relevance of management education in the UK.

探花直播council members and members of 探花直播FME are all experienced business managers or political leaders who have made a contribution to management education in the UK, or who have applied their expertise in their chosen field to support 探花直播FME.
