Families can experience the magic of Cambridge Museums this summer by taking part in a spellbinding trail.

Throughout the school holidays under 14s, accompanied by an adult, can pick up a 鈥楽ummer Spellbinder' leaflet and unravel magical mysteries at each participating museum to pick up toad points.

When they have enough points they can tear off the toad tally card and send it in to receive a museums goody bag, with prizes including arts and crafts items.

For those who don't have quite enough toads to fill the cauldron, there will also be a bonus question featured in the Cambridge Evening News on 9 August.

鈥 探花直播summer trail is great way for families to keep busy during the holidays and experience something new. 探花直播Cambridge museums are packed with interesting activities and entry to most of them is free,鈥 said Liz Hide, Museums Development Officer at the 探花直播 of Cambridge.

Participating museums are Kettle's Yard, 探花直播Fitzwilliam Museum, 探花直播 Museum of Zoology, Whipple Museum of the History of Science, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Science, Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Museum of Classical Archaeology and Scott Polar Research Institute Museum.

探花直播Summer Spellbinder will also run in partnership with the Cambridge and County Folk museum and the artwork has been designed by Art and Design diploma students from Long Road Sixth Form College, as part of their professional placement.

Trail leaflets are available from any of the participating museums as well as online by clicking on the link above right.

探花直播closing date to claim goody bags is 17 September 2007.
