Five key objects from the world-class collections at Kettle’s Yard have been made available to view through film, sound, photographs and 360 degree views.

Youth arts group Circuit Cambridge, run jointly at Kettle’s Yard and Wysing Arts Centre, has announced a free one-day festival on Saturday 10 October dedicated to artistic exploration of the city.

Special events on 20 June mark the last weekend that Kettle’s Yard will be open before closing for a major redevelopment.

From March 17, Kettle’s Yard will present a major exhibition to mark the centenary of the death in the First World War of the French-born sculptor and draughtsman Henri Gaudier-Brzeska (1891-1915).

This autumn Kettle’s Yard hosts four varied and inspiring exhibitions  - Nina Pope & Karen Guthrie take over the main gallery with the first major survey of their work, Issam Kourbaj installs his moving piece Unearthed (In Memoriam) in St Peter's Church next to Kettle's Yard, Gwen Raverat's wood engravings are on display in a room in the house, and for one week only an exhibition of photographs by Katherine Green and the North Cambridge Girls Group takes place in the Learning Studio.

̽»¨Ö±²¥vision of securing Cambridge’s reputation as an international centre of museums excellence received a major boost today when Arts Council England awarded ̽»¨Ö±²¥ of Cambridge Museums (UCM) nearly £4.5m for 2015-18 and continuing Major Partner Museum status.

On Sunday 26 January Kettle’s Yard plays host to a dynamic programme of new Italian music to mark the start of its 2014 New Music series.

̽»¨Ö±²¥paintings of Winifred Nicholson are the subject of the latest Artist in Focus exhibition at Kettle's Yard, which begins tomorrow and runs until December 21, 2012.

Highlights include free entry to all attractions, free family friendly talks, tours and activities led by some of the best local experts, music and the unveiling of a blue plaque for Jim Ede, founder of Kettle’s Yard by the Deputy Mayor of Cambridge.

Influential artist Alfred Wallis is the Artist in Focus next month at Kettle’s Yard.
